PRIVATE LABEL FLOUR · BUYER'S GUIDE Planning a 500g Organic Flour OrderIf you plan to sell organic flour under your own brand, start by confirming the flour type, intended use, bag format, label requirements and first order quantity. Include the destination market when you request a quote so the supplier can review the packaging, documents and delivery terms together. |

1. Choose the Flour for the Intended UseDecide how your customers will use the flour. For a general household product, tell us which recipes you want the flour to handle, such as pancakes, cookies or flatbreads. For a bread flour, describe the type of loaf and the dough handling or finished texture you want. For a whole grain product, confirm the grain ingredients and whether the expected texture is fine or coarse. If you already sell a comparable product, share its specification or describe how it performs in your recipes. If you have target values for protein, moisture or particle size, include them in the enquiry. Test the selected sample in a representative recipe before approving the product. You can browse Kanglu's flour products to identify a starting point for your brief. |

2. Confirm the 500g Bag and Label ArtworkSpecify 500g net weight per retail bag. Send a photo or dimensions of your preferred bag if you have them. Ask which formats can be offered for the selected flour, then confirm bag dimensions and the printable area before finalizing the artwork. For more information on pack sizes, artwork and label review, see our OEM and private label packaging options.
Before approving the print file, request the relevant organic certificate and confirm that the selected flour is within its product scope. Have your importer review the proposed organic wording, marks and label for the destination market. |

3. State the First Order in Bags and CartonsFor example, 10,000 bags at 500g contain 5,000 kg of flour. If you plan to pack 20 bags per carton, that order would require 500 cartons. Give the supplier both the bag count and the planned carton configuration so you can compare quotes on the same basis. Ask whether the flour and printed bags have separate minimum order quantities. If the packaging minimum exceeds your first run, ask how unused bags would be charged and whether they could be held for a repeat order. Confirm whether the quote includes printed bags, outer cartons and any artwork or printing setup charges. Include the destination country and port, requested trade term and target ship date. Ask when the quoted lead time starts and which approvals are needed before production can begin. |
